The controversy of the word ‘ALLAH’
first of all, i’m a Muslim…n frankly i’m not a perfect one…but i do have my own opinion…
so, as i heard it was all over the news bout the use of word Allah by the non-muslim…well for me why can’t they?? n as far as my knowledge goes the word Allah had been used in the Bible…correct me if i am totally wrong…
Allah means God…so, can’t they have God?? as Muslim, we learnt that we are His slave…and He is the Most Superior…so, who are we to neglect the rights of others for Allah as we being taught that each and every being is His creation…
i’m not really a well educated for religion matters…and i’m not really the suitable one for this matter…
but do read THIS…click HERE…if u’re a Muslim u shud b reading that…please do read it…each n every word of it…understand it…if u’re a non-Muslim just assume it as an extra information…

mimi!! i read the newspaper regarding this matter too. Allah is used in a Malay speaking church which is mostly in Sabah and Sarawak cause we have bumiputras here.People from the West may not like it cause people here are using the same word Allah as them. For me, the name doesnt matter, as long as you know who your God is. I dont understand what the fuss is all about. Unnecessary arguements and waste of time only. Adui.

dari sudut persepsi pendekatan linguistik, jika perkataan allah ini dipersembahkan atau ditampilkan di dalam ejaan rumi yang secara am hanya merujuk kepada makna tuhan iaitu sesuatu yang lebih baik dari manusia dan berkuasa terhadap alam dan nasib, adalah sepatutnya boleh digunapakai dan tidak boleh mendatangkan sebarang kesan mudarat atau kekeliruan.
akan tetapi jika ianya adalah laskar allah dalam ejaan jawi atau lakaran dalam bentuk bahasa arab dan seperti yang dapat dirujuk di dalam bahasa al-quran, yakni yang lebih merupakan simbol rohaniah dan logo umum yang merujuk terus kepada allah, tuhan agama orang islam yang esa, itu sepatutnya tidak boleh dikomersilkan oleh penganut agama lain dan wajar dikawal penggunaannya.

Allah is simply the Arabic word for God. God is the English word for Allah. Arabic-speaking Christians call the God “Allah”. not because they worship a different being than English-speaking Christians, but because Allah means God. An American comedian once say that his surname, “Obeidallah,” meant “Servant of Allah.” Since he was speaking English, he should have defined it as “servant of God.” Thus, Newspapers and television reports often use “Allah” instead of ” God” when speaking of Islam, as if Allah were an entirely different being, or as if no English equivalent existed for Allah. This leads to the impression that Allah exists only in Islam. But the Muslim God is the God of Moses and Jesus and Abraham and is called Allah because Muhammed, the Prophet of Islam, happened to speak Arabic. It is a difference of language, not ideology.What the Muslims leaders(Goverment) did by banning the Herald Paper was politically, not religiously, motivated!

The Holy Bible is a book of fantasies about the Messiah Jesus a man who was crucified by the pen. Who know more about a man murder then the men who committed the murder? Can you not see all the detail in the murder? To this day no man can give a full detail about a man life except “Lord God”. The Christians and the Jews over plotted in stealing information out of {The Koran with Parallel Arabic Text}.Can you not see that they are fantasizing about “Allah Almighty God” the World Greatest Most High Exalted Creator and Ruler of the Universe. Who did not take the form of a mortal man? This is but one of their fantasies, to clean you of your sins. All “Allah” need say is Be, & it is. People, (The Koran) is “Heaven”, and in Heaven you will find “God”, who lives in Heaven? Also you will find “Paradise” the home of the African-Americans who is the Israelites & Egyptians (Muslims) the faithful servants of Lord God. And the fire that surrounds “Paradise” is the Holy Bible of damnation. The tree that God had commanded you to keep away from He is the Forgiving One, the Merciful God. Allah, we submit this seeking Your divine mercy

there’s controversy of Christian using the term Allah referring to God…
and i say there’s no problem of them using the term…
